Receiving a Love Energetics® session can be life-changing if you take the time to open yourself up to possibilities that lie with a treatment. A Love Energetics treatment improves physical, emotional and mental health and spirituality, including mindfulness.  

First, the sequential structure of the Love Energetics Protocol is developed to introduce you to the power of the technique in a step-by-step manner. The first part of the protocol sets intentions for postural adjustments. The second part sets intentions to liberate both emotional centers and where emotions are stored. The third part sets intentions to release any residual tensions and pains in the peripheral areas of the body. Beginning with posture helps you feel immediate changes to your physical structure; following up with emotional centers and where emotions are stored, is the core of the treatment and makes you feel relaxed, lighter or expanded and often, sleepy; and finishing with the periphery addresses any residual blockages in head, arms, legs, and back as well as harmonizes the two hemispheres of the brain. Combined, the three parts of the protocol release energetic blockages that improve physical, emotional and mental health.

Second, Love Energetics improves your ability to self-heal. Knowing that healing comes from within makes you responsible for the powerfulness of your treatment. This might seem like a scary concept, but just being open to the possibility of change will make the treatment effective. However, the more you can embrace change, the larger the energetic shift within you will be and the greater physical, emotional and mental release. Embracing change comes from two things: your ability to accept what is in you and your desire to not hold onto it any longer. Therefore, setting a good-feeling vibration for your session can better facilitate healing. Generating a feeling of openness and curiosity will set a good vibration for your session. This can be done by stating “I am open to the possibility of change” and/or “I allow myself to release all that is no longer needed so that I may heal to my natural state of health and well-being” and asking yourself “I wonder what I’m ready to surrender.’’ In addition, the feeling of openness and curiosity is similar to pretending to be a drop in a flowing river; “I allow myself to flow freely, excited that this change will take me to the ocean.”

Improving physical, emotional and mental health over time frees up “paths” to remembering mindfulness or releases energy to flow in that direction. Mindfulness is a state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations. Mindfulness is a technique taught through meditation and can take many hundreds of hours to learn. The greater your ability to integrate the intentions set by the Love Energetics practitioner, the faster mindfulness will naturally arise in you. Living in mindfulness gives you a sense of well-being and peace.

To make the most of a Love Energetics session is to cultivate a feeling of openness and curiosity so that energetic blockages can be released to improve physical, emotional and mental health, with the knowing that as you develop spiritually, mindfulness becomes fluid, allowing you to live in a state of well-being and peace.
